AMESim and Mathcad Direct Integration Nodes within Nexus

iChrome is proud to announce new Direct Integration Nodes(*) to AMESim and Mathcad as part of Nexus v.2.6. These will allow to link native AMESim and Mathcad model making even easier exchanging data between your solvers.

The AMESim Direct Integration nodes enable designers to map input and output results of native AMESim multi-domain solver within Nexus.

The Siemens-LMS Amesim Platform is an open, powerful and user-friendly platform for multi-domain system modeling and analysis. It enables you to assess the functional performance of intelligent, mechatronic systems beginning in early development stages from within an intuitive graphical interface and an extended set of  multi-domain libraries for fluids, thermodynamics, electrics, electromechanical, mechanics and signal processing as well as application libraries for cooling systems, air conditioning, internal combustion engines, aerospace and other systems.

It is now possible to integrate this powerful analysis tool within Nexus with few click of your mouse

PTC Mathcad is math software that allows you to solve, analyze and perform engineering calculations. The Mathcad interface allows users to combine a variety of different elements (mathematics, descriptive text, and supporting imagery) into the form of a worksheet, which is naturally readable. This allows for simple manipulation of input variables, assumptions, and expressions, which in turn update in real-time.

The Mathcad direct integration node allows users to leverage the engineering calculation solutions provided by the software with an intuitive wizard that will guide the user in exploring and parameterising Mathcad input and output variables.
